Overview

CVL, LLC is looking for a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for leasing new and existing properties, managing the inventory of leased units, and providing excellent customer service for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the leasing process from start to finish, including leasing, showing, bidding, and moving units.
• Puts units on the market, receives bids, and manages the lease transaction through to move or return.
• Leases properties in accordance with company policies and procedures, following all state and federal regulations.
• Maintains records of lease transactions in an accurate and up-to-date manner.
• Assists in preparing and submitting applications for property rentals to multiple advertising sources (including Google Ads, [please apply online] Social Media, etc.).
• Assists in preparing marketing materials (including brochures and position papers) for each new property that is leased.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of leasing principles and best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and property management software (Appfolio).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Cedar Falls, IA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Property leasing: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
